Room view was great, and the balcony was a nice place to relax. , the location was convenient since the hotel was near the bus stop and the surrounding environment was serene. I also liked that the meals were delicious.

The temperature was also an issue since the room was overheated without a way to regulate it. Breakfast and dinner were not up to par with my expectations either.

Great facilities, transportation, and staff. The hotel had fantastic amenities, including a spa and ski locker with heated boot hangers. Location was convenient, right across from a bus stop, made it easy to get to ski slopes and the gondola at Rifflsee. The staff was warm and cute, and the breakfast was delicious.

Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the river and mountains. the excellent ski locker facilities with heated boot hangers made this hotel ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.

The outdated bathroom and limited breakfast options fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great time in this hotel. Firstly, the beautiful surroundings, as it was situated in a picturesque area, with stunning mountain views from the room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities. Secondly, the hotel's location was ideal, easily accessible as it was close to the bus stop, which made it easier to travel around the valley. Thirdly, the food was delicious and enjoyable, with a variety of options available.

There were some aspects that I did not enjoy. The heating in the rooms was not adjustable, which made the rooms overheated, dry, and uncomfortable to sleep in. Another issue was the outdated furniture and facilities, as they appeared worn out and old, making the overall review of the hotel less than ideal, and the breakfast was not satisfying in terms of variety.
